RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Should Tudor buy out AMK now?

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Should Tudor buy out AMK now?HighonLithium, you are really hurting my feelings.  I wish you wouldn't be so harsh (sad emoji).  I come on this board to discuss ideas and learn from other posters about the Treaty Creek properties, investment ideas, etc.  I would hope others do the same; we can learn from each other.

Despite what you think, I do not have any ill will toward AMK, TUD or TUO.  From my experience and personal analysis, I do prefer to invest longer term funds in TUO vs the other two.  This is purely an investment/speculation based perspective.  On occasion, I do invest in AMK and TUD if I feel they are oversold or undervalued. However, this is usually a short term arbitrage position, because as an investment TUO is my favorite of the Treaty Creek Three.

This has been borne out as shown in my comparison post here: https://stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard/v.tud/tudor-gold-corp?postid=35998012

Essentially, if you held the same amount of funds in TUD, AMK and TUO from the end of 2016, the first year of the JV, until today, your returns would be 62.1%, 141.7% and 835.3% respectively.  For folks visiting this board who might like some insight of which of the three to invest in, I think this is helpful information.  They can do their own DD, but it does indicate how well each company has done in protecting shareholder value in the past.  Of course, the past is not the future, so each person can make their own decisisons.

If you do not like these "facts" please ignore them.  Do as you like.  If my facts are wrong, please correct them.  It would be hellpful to everyone if i have made an error, myself included.  I would much prefer you to attack the facts, not me personally.  On this current post, please correct the FACTS you believe are wrong. I welcome an corrections that need to be made.

If you believe my interpretations of facts are wrong, please logically point out why. Shouting at me serves no purpose.

Again, I am here to enhance the community.  I truly do not understand what or why you get so upset. Lets learn from each other. Sometimes my motivation for posting comparisons, is because I get so many requests to do so, and I am tired of responding to each request individually. Obviously, people find it useful to some degree.

Anyway, I don't think I will respond to "rants" at me anymore, but will continue to post as I see fit. I will respond to logical discussions, which I, in fact, truly welcome.  Cheers!

HIGHonLITHIUM wrote: Rockport, another one of your skewed and biased "factual reports" . Laughable at best. You calculate AMK dilution since 2016 and fail to point out the main factors. On purpose? Sure looks like it. The FACTS are that prior investors, the biggest of which is Eric Sprott, were exercising warrants as the share price was rising. This accounts for most of the new shares issued. "Averaging" is obviously misleading...at best. But, you already knew that, if you are the competent researcher that you claim to be. What a pathetic joke your "analysis" is.

So, why not report the FACTS Rockport? You obviously will never change your agenda will you? FACTS often don't fit with your agenda do they?

You are also wildly deviant from reality as to minimizing TUD's outlook, options and future.

And, of course, so skewed and biased toward TUO, and focused on TUO promotion, that you simply cannot present a fair assessment.  Rah rah rah rah TUO. Buy TUO. Dump TUD and AMK and buy TUO. You are only here on the TUD board to push the "Buy TUO" agenda.
