Spinco is the dregs, a pile of rocks in USA and Mexican rejects---it starts off with a 10/1 rollback, how encouraging is that, then any here with a tiny bit of experience knows that in due course if Spinco still exists it will do a massive dilution, rollback again or simply sell for pittance--Spinco is as a shell company for all intents and purposes. The only people benefitting in this catastrophe are those whose average price is below $.40 case closed. IMO
