RE:why not sit on our handsTotally agree.
I have had quite a few companies bought out by other companies.
They never pay full value for the shares.
TVE insiders hold quite a few shares as does Eric Nuttall and other institutions.
I think Eric will want a very good price for this golden goose cash cow.

I just collect the dividends and buy more TVE.
As Charlie Munger said "If you don't make money while you are sleeping you will be working forever".
