If they do not have the funds to pay auditors. Again a cost they knew was coming.
And being halted for not having enough cash to pay for a known cost they have each year is frankly NOT A GOOD THING.
Then how will being able to file Q1 2024 going to make up for it?
Unless you are just stating the obvious?
I assume there will be some sort of delay with the Q1 filings as well though. If its possible for them to do that is that is what I assume.
At this point i took your comment as "if they can just get these auditors paid they can continue to do quarterly filings on their own not having to pay anyone to do it until next Q4/end of year in which the big worry of if they will have the cash then to do it then or maybe they just want paychecks for the next year at least so just get by this last one"
sorry that last paragraph is a bit wordy and maybe not clear.
