While you can certainly go your own way and do what you want, those with money are using more standardized methods to compare the data. 

When these investors deem a stock to be under valued and opt to buy in they can move a shareprice in unexpected manners.

I suggest you try not to be caught short when / if this should happen 

The approach I used was not to identify the true value of each stock but simply to put each stock on an equal footing to compare their price. Both are at high multiples depending on how bullish your are on each. I like to look at things in as many different ways as I can, but thank you anyways for the words of caution. Shorting is for the big boys not for the little Jo retail imho. I'm just trying to show different perspectives.
