RE:Gmin stock down over 13%I'm not too familiar with G Mining Ventures but looks like a pretty logical deal for both GMIN and RGD.
GMIN is about to finish construction of its Tocantinzinho mine in Brazil with commencial prodction expected in the second half of 2024. They have all the poeple, expertise, equipment etc. to build a mine in South America that will shift over to Oko West when Toca is complete. The merger will also enhance size, liquidity and diversification of Gmin that should attract instituational investors (especially when Gmin starts to cash flow this year).
Overall it looks good and it is exactly the type of transaction you in invest in Dundee for (similar to Borborema).
Here's Gmin's presentation on the deal: https://assets.ctfassets.net/jj9ent3ck4o2/2rW9y0l4EU4TqOVw0AXvCp/752111bfac022789bc5b0c1494a1e2ab/GMIN_l_Corporate_Presentation_-_RGD_Merger_-_FINAL.pdf
