RE:RE:RE:RE:From CEO.ca Timeline slip ? Thoughts?

RE:RE:RE:RE:From CEO.ca Timeline slip ? Thoughts? It's clearly just speculation by the analyst as mentioned in the article.  Matthew can also expect a golden pony from Santa this year, doesn't mean it will happen.  As far as I am aware, only 2026 has come out of management's mouths and that is what they continue to work towards.  Can that get pushed into 2027, obviously, as nobody can predict the future.  All that is noise for now.  What the market wants and needs to see is the financing part finalized and closed and after that we can start to worry about 2026 vs 2027.

The delay in confirming a financing solution for the Rose project is taking longer than expected in the current muted environment for lithium, prompting Cantor Fitzgerald mining analyst Matthew O’Keefe to say he expects no urgency to conclude a deal on the part of Critical Elements’ potential downstream partners.

“As a result, we have pushed out our expected start time for Rose to 2027 from 2026,” said O’Keefe in a note to clients Monday.

Although the X post sounds very confident and certain, the story behind the link didn't change.

The article headline itself and the substance of it have not been changed and remain speculative.
I believe it is an attempt to click-bait people and they should be taken to task on it if they are actually claiming insider information is being shared with them in certain terms.

If they are speculating, that is fine.  They can navel-gaze all they want and pretend to know what is going on.  Making it sound like a corporate confirmation is very bush-league and they should be ashamed if they are making up headlines in mining exploration, where things whip on guesses and whispers...

Hopefully this becomes clear soon but there has been no official word on changes to the goals that were shared by Eric at PDAC.  All we have heard is the story points below.

Engineering continues to plan, shovel ready in the summer, working hard on getting financing done followed by a FID and then hope to start work before snow.  Until that gets officially restated (which I don't EXPECT) I am going with that and trusting that Northern Miner are just doing lazy work and overstating claims that are being made or guesses that are being asserted by people on the outside looking in.

Very bad look for them if they are just trying to get clicks in a hair-trigger space like Lithium junior exploration and results.
