EPR doesn't have a 43-101 while GEM has a very good one and reportedly one of the highest grade 43-101 resources for graphite in the world with 3.2M tonnes of 17% Cg in Indicated and inferred.

Look at the intercepts of both. GEM has very good intercepts but EPR does not. EPR has mostly very thin intercepts.

 I looked at them awhile ago and I think GEM is way better. Share structure will not help you if you have primarily moose pasture with little to nothing in the ground.
