Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on developing pelareorep, an intravenously delivered immunotherapeutic agent that activates the innate and adaptive immune systems and weakens tumor defense mechanisms. ONCY had issued US$15 Million of callable warrants to Anson at US$2.91 per share, which means that Anson has limited upside risk on its short position and ONCY has an additional pool of US$15 million to draw from when ONCY needs/desires at any time the company wants.
