It has a 100% interest in the Jubilee-Elmhirst, Beaurox and Twin Falls property. The Company also owns a 30% joint venture interest and Canadian Gold Miner Corp.

RE:M&A Discussion Happening Down the RoadUpdate to this, Gold Road has walked away from talks to buy Orions 40% interest in the Greenstone mine. M&A is a long process.

-5.5 million oz of Gold in reserves

Article about aquisition talks

Will be interesting to see if this becomes a bidding war and how it all unfolds.  In anycase, it will bring positive attention to the area.
