BCE own a lot of real-estate to house their branch offices when those branch offices were at dirt cheap location. Now, these branch offices are locate at prime office/residential location. This is something RCI and T may not able to match. Quebeccor may be. One day, these branch offices will be replaced by something and these prime real-estate will be monetized. A situation similar to franchized chain that owns the property of their store. I believe that day is coming.
