RE:RE:Top 12 oil wells for March (IPO, BNE, YGR, OBE)IPO   delibertly  cut  CAPEX  based  on  their  outlook  for  prices  , and  desire  to continue  dividend  and   reduce  debt. so   yes   1st   Q   likely   lousy   as  limited   #  of  wells  coming  on  if any.  More  a  BOD  decision  than  management  decision   IMO   .
