RE:New video by Stagezerodid he explain at all why this has happened?  I didnt get that at all.  it seems like he is prepping us for more dilution.  I dont know how it could be anymore diluted but there always seems to be a way that companies can do that.

he mentioned the agm being postponed.  When would we know what there is to vote on at the agm?
