INFO ON THIS LAWSUIT, COLLIN KETELL'S HOLDINGS & PALI NCIB.I keep hearing about a lawsuit but please inform me what you are talking about?  I am not aware of any lawsuit.

Collin Kettel has about 15 million shares of PALI and only about 5 million shares of NFG. I guess he is betting PALI is underpriced. Moreover PALI has a NCIB (normal course issuer bid) for this coming year while NFG has none. Companies do a NCIB when they find their shares are underpriced.

Do your own due diligence by going to both websites.
