also a side note the director that is enamoured with the CEO should be told that he can no longer attend PDAC and other industry functions on the company. Of course he can PAY HIS OWN WAY and attend but NO MORE trips paid by the company. It is a waste of money.
One more rule for the director if he decides to pay his own way. He is not allowed to attend any meetings with potential customers unless he is dressed properly. The recent PDAC film that I saw and posted earlier was a disgrace and an embarrassing moment for NGC in my opinion seeing how this director was dressed for BUSINESS meetings. PDAC is not the MEXICAN OUT BACK.
