RE:Over @ the competition...Thankfully dates back to the early 2000's and ATRL has almost completed a round tripper back above $60.00. I understand Gabriel's questions surrounding current SNC, particularly the debt issue he brings up, I have made a significant profit with SNC and continue to own a position although admittedly trimmed by 65%. Like a number of people on this board I did accumulate a very large position by my standards in SNC with an average cost in the low to mid twenties. ARE has many of the same warts that we experienced with SNC and I suspect that as the market becomes more comfortable  with these the SP will move up rapidly. The dividend here is what keeps me adding to my position very regularly.
