More bad press than anything paid out of current PETTY CASH...as said, it was HUSKY spill after-all. Nobody likes a spill to the environment and its good business to take EVERY PRE-CAUTION and more for the sake of the bottom line.. one good example was ENBRIDGE's spill into the Kalamazoo (sp?) river a number of years ago...10k? barrels of dilbit spilled and it cost them over $1.5 billion in clean-up costs ..the subsequent fine was in the order of $4 mill..dwdc
