Native Road Deal Signed? With Chuck buying around a million shares the last few days I’d imagine that the native road deal is either signed or pretty much going to be shortly.
Another poster had commented a few weeks ago that they talked with Chad and they are working hard to get the native deal signed before they start drilling. Drilling is supposed to start in late May. So it’s got to be close now.
My sources say it’s only being held up by lawyer stuff and at this point it’s not an issue but Chad reportedly said it’s being delayed because of local native issues. It’s really the only big roadblock (pun intended) before we get a buyout or JV deal. I’ve heard that after the road native deal is signed a major is ready to make a written offer.
Has anyone else heard any recent news about the native road deal?
