I forgot to mention, D&O liability insurance coverage was also not substantial.
Depending on how the TMF administrative proceedings unfold and subsequent decisions to be rendered, should allegations be proven - D&O liability insurer (s) do not cover fraud.
I'll let you ponder any ramification that may stem from the same.

@dalesio_98 Just noticed this group, thanks. Re class action, I know many class action firms. The firm I approached looked into the matter, passed the smell test, but P3 is behind a firewall, Pyro has very little to no assets; hence, declined the class action. Much riding on AMF finding P3, Curleigh and Pyro guilty.
