I don't agree with you on this matter and think you are concentrating on the marijuana leaves for the Zion National Forest. People are generally fickle and have a very short attention span. Most of the country is not festering a grudge on a daily basis, wondering when any of this stuff is going to happen. They are just thinking, as a small part of the many things that they think about, that easing restrictions should happen.
