When one goes back and remembers the selling on every "good" news release, it becomes obvious that anyone who just held has been played for a sucker. The sellers have always been right, and have always made a buck or two. 

But, we may be at an inflection point, where the receipt of the first tranche of money from Voya would indicate that Sage Ranch has a bright green light. If that money doesn't come by the end of May (I'll give Jeff yet another month's grace), kiss your investment goodbye, because something has gone seriously off the rails.

And yes, I am long again, for better or worse.
