Common Sense would tell you to Leverage your TFSA as much asyou can. Anything you earn in it is TAX FREE!!!! You grow this account as quick as you can. You roll from one BIG winner to Another and Another and Another. You account grows exponentially.
2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048, 4096, 8192, 16384, 32768, 65536, 131072, 262144, 524288, 1048576, 2097152, 4194304........
Some people can not see too far in the future. So going from 2 to 4 doesn't seem much of a big deal....
But, just starting off from $2.00 only, if you can double it in a trade and repeat it over and over, you see what happens later. In one trade you can be making Millions TAX FREE!!!! I hope to be doing that very soon.
While there are 100%ers all the time out there, even 200%er, 300%er, 400%er and more all the time, it only takes one mistake to set you back. It's not easy. But it's worth trying!!!
Similarly with your RRSP account. Sure, you have to pay the taxes when you take the money out, but you First SAVE on Taxes any money put into it. Second any money made in it is "tax free" until you take it out. Third, you can use that SAVED TAX Money that you would otherwise have to pay to the government and use it to make more money. Fourth, you don't have to pay taxes until you take the money out way way way into the future. Time value is very important. Fith, if you lose money in your trade, you take down the tax many with you.
