MD&A Release Notes

MD&A Release Notes
Today's MD&A release underscores significant concerns about the Company's financial standing. While the consolidated financial statements assume ongoing operations, there's notable unease due to recent operating losses and cash outflows, despite some working capital reserves. However, the Company's viability hinges on securing substantial financing and achieving profitability, given past losses and upcoming project needs. There are also risks tied to infrastructure, project delays, and the unpredictable nature of mineral exploration. Additionally, mineral resource estimates are subject to uncertainties, potentially impacting the Company's financial health. Critically, the leadership team's performance is questioned, with glaring financial and operational failures evident, including a high G&A ratio. A strategic overhaul with new management might be the only route to salvaging this Company.
