I'M NOT A TECHNICAL GUY, BUT ...... I've said it before, take a look at the ask side of the trade.  Right now there is almost 100,000 shares of Pyro being offered at .59/.60.  This is hapenning too often.  The ask is safely above the existing bid and watch it move higher, always just safely out of play.  
This creates a drag on upward movement of the share price.
