$173Mil in 280E tax savings in 2024. Tax will be retroactive to 
Jan 2024. CURA will be going after tax paid from 2019-2023. 
More News on Florida 280E Tax Returns :) :) 
 
Boris Jordan says he talked to the DEA today, and 
was told that the target is September 1st for Final Rule.
The PR will likely be published in 1-2 weeks (after OMB review). 
Then 60 day comment period. Germany Pillar 2 May-June,
Ohio June adult opening!!
