Its West Jerome property is focused on the copper-rich district of Arizona, near the Town of Jerome, Central Arizona. The Company has options on two gold projects in Nevada, the Dobbin Property, which is a Carlin Gold-type target, and the CVN Property, a Bonanza high grade gold vein-type target. Its Crescent Valley property is located in Eureka County of Nevada. It also has an option agreement to acquire up to a 100% interest in the King Solomon Gold Project.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:What if PhenomThe International Arbitration in China was reported on Sedar.com for $1.8 Billion USD, they delisted Petromin Resources Ltd. from the TSX and failed to make any further disclosures. Perhaps they settled for a little less.
Your the one spreading the BS here. All Directors of a Canadian company are equally responsible under Canadian law with the exception of the one Director also holding the position of CEO which carries even more weight.
Your arguing stupid stuff here when you should be asking John Anderson hey were you a Director of Petromin Resources Ltd,  was there a $1.8 Billion USD International Arbitration in progress when you became a Director? What exactly happened with all that money (he obviously knows or should know as the Canadian law requires directors to know). Why don't you disclose to the Phenom shareholders you were a Director of Petromin Resources Ltd? It's certainly not disclosed on the website
