Why would institutional investors want to invest in Xtract if it doesn't make money for their shareholders, reverse split isn't going to help, Time for P/E to get some help with this, he has money now, hire someone to help him with the share price, he definitely doesn't have a handle on it, he needs to turn this over to a professional.
