As per usual, you just read the headline. If you would have actually read the article you would have realized the headline was just that, a headline to catch your attention. The article suggests it is not their base case, but that doesn't stop you. Further they do reference tarifs as a potential cause for their headlines, now what do you think they may have been referring to there? Guess if you don't actually read you will never know. Why doesn't this surprise anyone here?!
