RE:Press release

RE:Press releaseWhether the news of a buyout is released before the June 25th deadline to avoid the higher taxation changes to the capital gains, or later down the road.  With the multiple  levaging we are going to see in the pricing of gold equities durining this continuing gold bull rally, miners should reach historic highs in the near future.

I really feel time is on our side and will in the end pay off better than many have anticipated.

Drill Hole LME24-041:

  • 0.75 meters at 2.74 grams per tonne (g/t) of gold from 63 meters to 63.75 meters: This indicates a relatively narrow but high-grade interval of gold mineralization.
  • 2.95 meters at 0.70 g/t Au from 295.85 meters to 298.80 meters: This interval represents a longer but lower-grade zone of gold mineralization.

Drill Hole LME24-042:

  • 5.30 meters at 0.71 g/t Au from 395.85 meters to 401.15 meters, including 1.50 meters at 2.07 g/t Au from 398.30 meters to 399.80 meters: This interval shows a broader zone of lower-grade gold mineralization with a higher-grade subsection within it.
  • 0.50 meters at 7.99 g/t Au from 480.55 meters to 481.05 meters: This is a narrow but very high-grade interval of gold mineralization.
  • 1 meter at 1.39 g/t Au from 498.90 meters to 499.90 meters: This represents a moderate-grade interval of gold mineralization.
  • 1.20 meters at 2.16 g/t Au from 510.50 meters to 511.70 meters: This is another moderate-grade interval of gold mineralization.
  • 4.35 meters at 1.43 g/t Au from 529.20 meters to 533.55 meters, including 0.65 meters at 7.8 g/t Au from 529.20 meters to 529.85 meters: This represents a broader zone of moderate-grade gold mineralization with a higher-grade subsection.
  • 2.45 meters at 2.03 g/t Au from 660.75 meters to 663.20 meters, including 0.85 meters at 5.66 g/t Au from 660.75 meters to 661.60 meters: This interval indicates a moderate-grade zone with a higher-grade subsection.
  • 4 meters at 0.42 g/t Au from 745.5 meters to 749.50 meters, including 0.50 meters at 2.96 g/t Au from 749 meters to 749.50 meters: This interval shows a longer but lower-grade zone of gold mineralization with a higher-grade subsection.

Drill Hole LME24-043:

  • 7 meters at 2.67 g/t Au from 162 meters to 169 meters, including 2.35 meters at 5.73 g/t Au from 163.30 meters to 165.65 meters: This represents a broader zone of higher-grade gold mineralization with a significant subsection of very high-grade gold.
  • 0.50 meters at 4.23 g/t Au from 258.90 meters to 259.40 meters: This is a narrow but high-grade interval of gold mineralization.
  • 0.60 meters at 2.80 g/t Au from 316.50 meters to 317.10 meters: This represents a moderate-grade interval of gold mineralization.
