BIG HUGE DAY FOR ARTIS REIT.

Im afraid to say the downside risks outpace the upside surprises, despite what Frankie and Estevan the big bull guys say. That AFFO has been slipping non stop for the past 2 years with no end in sight. Dividend under pressure. A real estate market that is becoming more illiquid by the hour.

Lets see what Manji delivers- and most importantly- if the market LIKES it which we shall see tomorrow.
