RE:Internal controls

To correct the misinformation from ISCFA. A patient is not ineligible for RPM services if they go see their doctor. In fact RPM can be billed along side most other in-person and virtual care services. The only program Reliq provides services to that has billing restrictions is CCM and that is if a patient has current home health care services.
