RE:Volume last two days has dried up.Everyone is anxious about the lack of new business awards on the tolling side, me included. 

There is some solace from the fact that the Q4 backlog increased to $520M USD versus $500M USD in Q3, as this probably means there were awards/renewals within the current customer base.  That said, this is insufficient to meet the revenue goals for F2024, which management broadly inferred as at least 15-20% growth on the call.  There is a fairly complete discussion on top line on the Q4 call, in response to Todd Coupland's question.  This discussion starts at ~30:00 minute mark
