RE:RE:Northern Graphite Provides Development Update youknowwhat,
Your point about no signed offtake purchase agreement for what is not even a validated and necessarily qualified "PorocarbTM" having been secured pretty much sums up just how fluffy today's press release is.
By the way, yet another "bait and switch" was just confirmed by way of today's press release.
You should recall my having told readers that this "PorocarbTM" candidate product had not been fully developed by Heraeus Group battery division employees, persons who are now NGC Battery Material Group employees and who are now being exorbitantly paid by NGC to unendingly develop something which Hugues Jacquemin et a suggested was a finished product.
In my more informed opinion, the "PorocarbTM" qualification process with battery cells manufacturers is likely nowhere near complete and would likely take longer than this company's officers and directors would ever tell you.
Just be prepared for the follow-up press release indicating that a filing of prospectus supplement to the final base shelf prospectus has been undertaken and that a massive dilutive equity financing initiative, in whichever form selected, is to be undertaken at such decimated NGC.V share price points.
Today's press release is just meant to provide some distractionary fluff type information for NGC "minority" equities investors beforehand.
A 50% discount to NGC's book value per share price would likely have Hugues Jacquemin, Greggory Bowes, Guillaume Jacq et al taking part in purchasing their respective tranches of NGC shares by way of such a quite intentionally near 50% discounted equity offering.
Should that be the case, I suspect a claim against "the company" and such officers and directors for quite intentionally misleading then existing NGC.V shareholders and any would have been purchasing equities investors would then be filed with the relevant court authority.
We recall that $0.75 per share was the clearly conveyed and affixed share price to any equity offering in which Hugues Jacquemin, Guillaume Jacq were said to be intending to participate in specifically after borrowing from "the company" monies with which to purchase their tranches of $0.75 NGC.V shares.
