RE:RockportFordster, I agree that AMK & TUO shouldn't sell out at this point. Just ride out the free ride for as long as possible. However, the market conditions for junior resource companies is so terrible at this time, I worry about Tudor's ability to continue funding this project on its own.
In a "normal" world, Tudor should be trading at multiples of where it is now. Heck, even the jump from gold over $2300 should had doubled the value based on the near 30 million ounce resource. But with the elimination of the uptick rule, naked shorting, etc., we are now in a brutal reality for the Tudor's of this world.
If Tudor were trading above $2 or $3, I think funding this project under the 60/20/20 carry, could still be doable. Under the current conditions, I don't know how much longer they can manage. Therefore, I think some innovative funding, MTT funding, or some negotiations with AMK & TUO may need to happen. Those two may have to compromise to help keep the project moving on an expedited process.
Believe me, because I hold Teuton as my primary TC position, I would like them to sit tight. I'm just concerned that we are not seeing any capital market improvements to the extent that it could compromise progress.

That's the whole reason for Seabridge to do their own drilling so they can validate a location (with validation from us by follow up) Main point is, I just don't see any room for it in TC. They're better off enclosing the road they just built...probably cheaper too...JMHO
