silent management + no new on annual assembly

No news, silent management + no news on the annual assembly date means management have something to annouce ..... or to hide.

If no good news is presented on may 7th for the 1st quarter results, we should all show-in at the annual assembly, make a lot of noise, challenge management and Board compensation in regard to their poor performance. We can't just sit and see them increasing more and more their compensation by 50%-100% while shareholder are losing 50 % in the last 3 years and 75% for the last 5 years.
