If you just look at CXB, they have a top-notch management team. They recently acquired Marathon in Canada. With this deal they will increase their production to around 500,000 ounces per year by 2025. NGD is another miner that has had its share of problems in recent years. Today, the management team has rolled up its sleeves and will be producing around 600,000 ounces by 2025. I could also mention IMG, FVI and EDR, which are all part of my stock portfolio and have all increased their production and valuation. I believe that Juan is not solely responsible for the company's setbacks, but the whole team behind him. Without much change, ORV will remain a junior like so many others.
