RE:Annual MeetingThe Directors should be very dissapointed in themselves and the value destruction that has occurred over the past few months due to the uncertainty that now resides with the company and its ability to deliver value to shareholders.
Management must come to the table with a more comprehensive plan as to what Tidewater will become and the path to getting there. I am not sure there really ever was a conclusion on the strategic review. They sold a good asset and got a good price; however, there still seems like a lot of work to do before the business is really "fixed".
This is a company that needs very clear leadership at the Board level and a path forward for shareholders. Until then, this is a name that flounders.
