RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Kinda funny Larry-Not…Fordster, your lack of knowledge becomes more legendary every day. The Pre Feasibilty Study is needed to get the EAC and the EAC is needed for Final Feasibilty and bank financing. So, ya, there are rules which is why EVERYONE does it this way. 

And yes, the BC government routinely grants rights-of-way over provoncially owmed land which is what TC is. 

Maybe TC can make it as an economic deposit some day. But it will do so by following the rules.Or not at all.
