The Company controls about 32 mining claims and three mining leases in the Matachewan Gold Area. The Pense Property is located in Pense Township, Ontario. The claims are located near the Quebec provincial border, approximately 25 kilometers east of Englehart, Ontario, in the Larder Lake Mining Division.

"Thanks--this is a good idea but I don't think its something Eldorado would consider --they only have to buy the 25% --for cash plus the royalty-
its of course an option but I doubt they would consider it unless they did a careful analysis of our company and not just the Bruell property.

If gold prices stay up hopefully they will buy us out -- late June is their decision deadline -L"
