I am glad didn't listen to you. I dont value opinions of people who have nothing to lose. Isn't funny the most vocal critics are the ones whi have no vested inerest. Some people call them arm chair quarterbacks.

You seem to make outrageous claims but never have supporting evidence. You think you know more then National Bank who reviewed the transaction, you know more then management and insiders. Funny how you know so much about a private company? Where did you obtain all your data to formulate your opinion. Did you review the same documents as National bank? did you teview all the documents that Exro and Sea provided to each other?
