Raising capital . Nothing special, some may say.
NO it was a fantastic job thanks to disruptive products: ...

But I am citing an expert who said weeks ago. "We/they have to figure out how to raise capital in the worst market I have experienced in the last decades for our/their type of company....."

In my opinion, Poet management doesn't get proper respect/credit for its skills and abilities in many
facets of running a public company. I believe Poet has survived because of the management they have and any tweaking of management along the way would be result of any future deals where any management changes/additions would add to the strength of the company.
