A 90% haircut means you get 10 times as much dilution on your financings way below.
Which means the legacy shear holders are losing ownership per share.

Management has to take steps to remedy this fiasco, that should have never happened. But all we get is oh we are right on track. It is wrong and it needs to change. Why do YOU not stand up for your OWN interests?
