While the details c of international trade AKA our Chineees partner A.N...might be important, in reality very small important.
onc has huge relationships with a Roche, , on- going business with SOLTI ( Spain) , Incyte.
canadian, USA & Caribesn incorperations. International business law, is extrealy complex.
No doubt various changes may or may not effect ONCs business dealings.
However, long before that becomes an inssue, they need FDA approval to market Pelareorep, fir cancer therapy.
No doubt in my mind what so ever, the likes of Roche, & Pfizer, have teams of lawyers dedicated to internatonal trade.
Moving forward. The FDA request from Onc for a phase 3 meeting, is probably on the top 5 list of business items Onc is dealing with.
It was mentioned thst we are on day 22 or so. The ducumet did indicate an answe within 75 days.
Could be in that light, anytime" within" 75 days.
Only the FDA can answer that.
regardless of when, that answer will set the details & definition of the MBc long awaited phase 3 trial.
The pancreatic cancer next steps? That avenue is wide open. Other than they expect to finalize trial details first half of this year, meaning within next few weeks.
All we know for sure, there is a Q1 cc scheduled for this Thursday.
All of the past clinical updates have indicated positive outcomes.
Stay tuned.
crazy side note. It was mentioned in Andrew's D. Bio thst he brokered a $85million deal with ONC & A.N.
That is a huge upside potential few understand.
There are a lot if bridges to cross. However, even the start up phase 3, MBc does trigger milestone payments to oncolyitics biotech.
At the time , the deal included an upfront upfront payment. Plus mikstones , simplest being the first 20, 40;patients under trial.
longest & most significant being on- going royalties from a marketable product.
While they are miles away from that. The contract, does have value, should Pela get to phase 3.
again, great week ahead.
I was in hospital last week for 3 days , liver complications.due to Covid.
Today, lots of rest. Recovering & a bit better every day.
Always glad to be Canadian. amazing treatment. Zero costs.
We do pay a lot more taxes in Canada. However a hospital stay does not render me in financial concern.
