Hard to trust analyst...

they we're positive last quarter...

nothing really changed ( except for an increase in asset sales expected !) 
over current value..


not sure how you can go from a positive rating last quarter , to negitive when nothing's really changed.  

  ( other then the share price )

and if investors hadn't noticed over the years, all analysts do is follow the stock price and rerate accordingly ( it's a joke and they should not get paid for this job ) 

anyways The stock will get washed out soon. There has been some big block sales the last few days.... ( funds with no patience ). 

my 2 cents ...
