Is something cooking?

I'm scratching my head as I look at the share price discrepancy between teuton and tudor. Is the spin out going to come out loaded up with bells and whistles? Whatever happened at the harry property, and I don't have a clue what happened, is Dino positioning himself for a better deal? Are we going back to 100% ownership with 4 extraordinary intercepts ? I have questions but no answers. Teuton is holding strong and I'm wondering why?
