RE:RE:RE:When These Guys Are Done Up We Go

RE:RE:RE:When These Guys Are Done Up We GoOutstanding shorts, yes.  Intraday shorts that are covered by end of day?  well theyre covered so theyre not outstanding.  Fordster always quotes the daily OTC pink sheet shorts...........thats just MMs sellin to suckers on OTC at a higer price and covering on TSX.,

Shorting is not whats killin TUD.  Its carrying 100% of the costs to a production decision that is.  That combined with the very dilutive finacings theyve done below market and with a warrant over the past 2 or 3 years has really put TUD in a pickle.  THe overhang of $100M +++++  is there for everyone to see.  ALso, the failure imho to bring in new long term investors has hurt them immensely.  Flow thorugh is great if used with or alongside long term investors, but TUD always seems to be just gettin buyers looking for tax benefits imho............endless sellers..........

The lack of real research also speaks volumes of alck of instiutional interest imho

so while I would luv to see the downtick rule re-instated, shorting is not TUDs main problem.........

all imho....
