RE:NGC MORNING BRIEF

RE:NGC MORNING BRIEFI sure do remember that particular you tube interview where Hugues arrogantly referred to $35 million as not being much money.

That prime "Missionary On Assignment", Hugues Jacquemin has thus far lived a life duriing which spending the money of other people has made him accustomed to believing that $35 Million is chump change.

Also, "Missionaries On Assignment" don't tend to raise capital at higher share price points.
Such "Missionaries On Assignment" tend to seek to raise capital at or nearest to 50% discount to the NGC $0.18 book value per share price, which is $0.09.
That filing of the prospectus suplement to the final base shelf prospectus would be announced as having been filed soon enough.
It looks as though $0.12 would be the offering share price.
That's not exactly 50% discount and yet close enough that Hugues Jacquemin, Guillaume Jacq, Greggory Bowes et al can be assured to have themselves and/or their respective "fronting" persons "privately serviced" at such nearer to 50% discounted to book value to share price points.
That "related party" type market maker recently onboarded by Hugues Jacquemen et al is likely quite busy accumulating, on behalf of the capital financiers and clients of such a market maker of course, any available NGC.V shares being dumped to market, doing so whilst having the NGC.V share price incessantly sold downward.

You have to know many of the reasons why Hugues Jacquemin was allowed by Imerys SA principals to take control of the Imerys SA assets and ultimately have them placed into this TSX-V listed equities issuer in particular.
You have to know who else is being serviced by the principal director of that Cayman Islands private investments vehicle, which was somehow emplloyed on behalf of interested party or parties as part in parcel of the final consummation of the purchase from imerys SA of those NGC assets.
You have to know that Hugues Jacquemin hasn't abandoned the intent to have NeoGraf Solutions LLC tie up with NGC at some point and that this coming capital financing initiative or initiatives may in fact provide for
NeoGraf Solutions LLC stakeholders the opportunity to purchase controlling equity interest of NGC.

Regarding the "Animal Kingdom", never underestimate a venomous snake bought and paid for and outright owned by it's intent and the intent of handlers.
