SHARC Energy Systems C.SHRC

Alternate Symbol(s):  INTWF

SHARC International Systems Inc. is engaged in energy recovery from the wastewater the Company send down the drain every day. Its energy's systems recycle thermal energy from wastewater, generating energy and economical systems for heating, cooling & hot water production for commercial, residential, and industrial buildings. Its products include SHARC Series and PIRANHA Series. The SHARC Series taps the potential of wastewater energy to reduce energy and water consumption, carbon emissions and energy costs at large, industrial scales. The SHARC utilizes the power of wastewater for both heating and cooling for the large capacity requirements of multi-family residential, commercial and energy districts. The PIRANHA Wastewater Heat Recovery & Cooling System is a specialized water-to-water heat pump that recovers energy directly from wastewater and uses this source energy to produce hot water. PIRANHA Series is typically used for potable domestic hot water (DHW) purposes.

Oh, a question about Sharc, given that there are no $ ranges attached to these pilots, is there a possibility that all those involved are just sharing costs hoping that the demo of a successful pilot will lead to sales?

The text reads

[SHARC]  has received unanimous approval from the Massachusetts Board of State Examiners of Plumbers and Gas Fitters for ten PIRANHA pilot sites in the state.

and

SHARC Energy is ... leveraging a 50% cost share from Eversource Energy for a PIRANHA feasibility study

Neither of these indicates that there has been a sale or anything generating measurable income rather than expense.

Both suggest that there are or will be incurred costs of a "pilot project" (= times ten freebie equipment loaners) and a "feasibility study" (even if at 50% of the total charge) --both leading to further negative numbers on the "sales" side, and the continuing examples of "charity" and "floor sample giveaway" status of the company.

Shareolders' capital going down the drain every day. And the share price shows it.
