RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:China has won the EV warThanks Nic. Not a lot of surfing where I live although a few years ago I did see some kids trying to surf on Lake Erie on a windy summer day. Still though it looked like it wasn't really working very well.

 I'm in my mid fifties and run competitively. Last year I ran the fastest 10,000m in North America for my age bracket. Low weight, great running shoes, soft surfaces and good running form can mitigate running injuries. I have also learned to listen to my body and back off when needed. Luckily my joints feel amazing and my cardio fitness is like that of an athlete in their 20's.
