RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Dedication to Endzone

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Dedication to EndzoneWell, we're not talking an ec-dev dept on the scale of something like, say, Toronto. Municipally, this is also entering into the quiet season since the budget is behind them, and it is getting closer to fishing and cottage time. When I've worked with small municipal clients like this, May to September are pretty sleepy months.

But, yes, coordination across many sectors and entities will be required here.

The real tell will be less ec-dev involvement at this stage, but if there are any significant changes to the capital asset management plan if they are anticipating a surge of growth in the area and need to front-run corresponding infrastructure builds/renewals. In a place like Timmins, you can't just plop 1000 new residents without taking into consideration water/sewer/grid capacity. I'd have to plumb their docs to see if they have DCs to fund that, or if they can unlock any earmarked funds from the province for any expansion/renewal work.
